Cybercap & Robovan: Tesla and the Future of Mobility
Tesla is working on exciting ideas that might change our lives. With cars and vans that drive themselves and robots that help with work, the future could look very different.

A Visionary Path Ahead
Today's transportation sucks.

It costs too much, isn't safe & isn't sustainable.

Today transportation sucks
In the next decade, life might look a little different. You head outside to catch a ride, but instead of driving, you relax in a car that takes you to work without needing you to steer. These ideas aren’t science fiction anymore. Companies like Tesla are working on technology that could change how we move around and manage daily tasks.
Driving can be stressful and takes up a lot of time. People face long traffic jams, and accidents can happen if someone isn’t paying attention. Tesla’s self-driving cars, like the Robotaxi (officially named Cybercap now), might offer a safer and quicker way to get where you need to go. These cars don’t need a driver, so you could focus on other things during your ride. There’s also the Robovan, a larger vehicle that drives itself and can carry many people at once. By riding together, we might ease traffic and reduce the number of cars on the road.

Robotaxi: Now Known as Cybercap
It looks a bit like a spaceship with doors that open upwards. Inside, there’s room for two people, but no steering wheel or pedals. It knows where to go all by itself! When it needs more power, it charges without any plugs or wires, just by sitting over a special spot.

The RoboVan is like a big bus that also drives itself. It can carry up to 20 people at once. This could help many people get around the city without everyone needing their own car. If more people ride together in RoboVans, the roads might be less crowded, and we could get places faster.
